Lacy is going to be the running back that we need.  Or at least I sure hope so.

Great pick if he can stay healthy.

I like the Lacy pick. It would be nice to have teams respect the run game for a change. I'm pretty excited about a Lacy-Harris one-two punch. If he could shed 10 pounds he might pick up some more speed that would be very useful in the pros. Overall, I think this will turn out well.   titletown2 pack)

I agree. Unless the OL can open holes, and unless Rodgers actually decides to let the RB carry the ball rather than audibling out to a pass, and unless MM really commits to the run, and doesn't abandon it early if things don't go great, and if Lacy can stay healthy, and if Lacy can not get lazy, like he apparently did before his Pro Day, and if...

Yep, I definitely think the jury is still out. This also means that Benson is probably gone, and possibly Starks.

Good value in the 2nd...not a huge Lacy fan but he'll go as the Oline goes. Unless MM puts and emphasis on the running game, Lacy will be a victim or a beneficiary of the scheme.
